Many cancer patients have lost their lives due to inadequate treatment facilities
TURBAT: The number of cancer patients is on the rise. Unfortunately, Pakistan lags behind in terms of availability of advance treatment facilities, as government hospitals do not offer adequate treatment facilities whereas private ones are unaffordable for many. Many cancer patients have lost their lives due to inadequate treatment facilities.
There is an urgent need for establishment of cancer hospitals in the country for the proper treatment of patients that is affordable at the same time.
I request the Prime Minister to build more cancer hospitals like Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital.
