Hopefully this won’t let other international teams rethink touring Pakistan in the future
KARACHI: The Australian cricket team has refused to tour Pakistan for the upcoming ODI series. This is quite unfortunate especially considering that over the past few years international teams such as Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe have visited the country to play cricket. In fact, international players too, as part of the Pakistan Super League, have toured Pakistan.
In such a scenario, Australia’s security concerns come as a surprise. Hopefully this won’t let other international teams rethink touring Pakistan in the future.
