4.6 million people die each year because of air pollution alone
SHAHPUR CHAKAR: Pollution in its various forms is the biggest issue of the world today. It is causing massive destruction in the form of loss of natural habitat of species, with shrinking size of our oceans and glaciers and by putting billions in life-threatening situations.
According to the World Health Organisation, 4.6 million people die each year because of air pollution alone. The issue has been stressed quite significantly, yet developed and underdeveloped countries continue to contribute to environmental degradation in their own ways. While much paperwork exists, action is equally needed too, as we rapidly move towards end of it all.
