KARACHI: This is in response to Kamal Siddiqi’s column titled ‘PIA’s excess weight’ published in this newspaper on Jan 7. While the writer has highlighted many other ways that the national carrier can shed its excess weight other than asking its cabin crew to reduce weight, he has gone to suggest ways the crew can shed weight. However, the focus should be on asking the PIA administration to do away with this demand.
