Resumption of flights

Letter December 26, 2018
With the resumption of operations, the standard of the service needs to be improved too

LAHORE: It is good to know that PIA has resumed its Lahore-Kuala Lumpur and Lahore-Bangkok flights after two years. Hopefully the airline will resume its operations to other destinations too. However, with the resumption of operations, the standard of the service needs to be improved too. Domestically, the national airline offers worst service, delayed flights and substandard food. It must do more to curtail its losses and compete with private airlines.
