KARACHI: It is about time that the uninformed and unaware fashion industry members held the horses of their creative knack back. Previously, a clothing brand and now a shoe label have come under fire for putting a wrong message across. What is even more shameless is them defending it on the pretext of a display of their skills and work. It’s hard to see the sense of ethical responsibility seeping down the industry when big names fail to realise it at all. Seemingly, from models’ personal opinions on MeToo movement to the brands who hire them, all are ignorant and least thoughtful of the kind of work that they often do.
