KARACHI: It is shameful to see men in uniform shoot to death an unarmed man. What kind of impression is given to the general public when men in uniform carry out such heinous actions? Some people will say that the paramilitary force is not part of the military but its commanders are all drawn from the military, with the director-general a two-star general. So, while the military cannot do anything about things like the Abbotabad raid and takes over 16 hours to retake parts of its own installations from terrorists, they have no qualms shooting unarmed Pakistanis in cold blood.
