Smoking also pollutes the earth as people throw away cigarette butts on the ground
LAHORE: We should do more to put a ban on smoking because smoking ‘is injurious to health’ and can be a cause of many fatal diseases, such as cancer. We should also do more to ban smoking because we all know that second-hand smoking too is harmful.
Secondly, smoking also pollutes the earth as people throw away cigarette butts on the ground. What is worse is that some people do not even put off the butt before throwing it away and the lit cigarette ignites fire when thrown on grass or paper.
On the other hand, some animals such as dogs end up eating the butt and that is dangerous for them. The government and the people need to work together to put a complete ban on smoking.
