It is needed that the bridge between the two is filled
HYDERABAD: The young population of the country is often the driver of its economic development. A country depends on its youth, but the youth these days is rather demotivated due to the ongoing situation. One usually has to struggle a lot before managing to find a job equivalent to their skill-set and qualification. Hence, one being unhappy with what they get upon graduating is accepted unwillingly.
It is needed that the bridge between the two is filled. Albeit with a two-pronged strategy of not only equipping the students with the requirements of the professional work environment but also by ensuring that the young are not exploited in the name of learning and their lack of experience.
The youth policy of the incumbent government must not only focus on specific issues, but also on how to address issues like the aforementioned.
