It is hoped the Rangers will continue with their good work and will carry out clean-up operations across the city
KARACHI: Earlier this month, the Rangers arrested 10 suspects, including street criminals, during targeted operations in different parts of Karachi.
During raids in Landhi, Kharadar and SITE areas, eight men were arrested and they were found to be involved in burglaries and street crime cases, according to a spokesperson for the Sindh Rangers.
In another raid, many criminals allegedly involved in the sale and purchase of stolen and snatched mobile phones were arrested. The Sindh Rangers has arrested gangs which have been operating in the city for years, quite possibly with the help of the police. As investigations often point at police officials being accomplice to criminals who operate in groups, the police department too needs to be cleaned up of the black sheep.
It is hoped the Rangers will continue with their good work and will carry out clean-up operations across the city.
