“Happiness is a short episode in a long drama of pain.”
KARACHI: Why conditions in most of the Third World are unsatisfactory. We are seeing mostly unpleasant things and little pleasant things. Why this imbalance between pleasant an unpleasant things? Have we become sadists? The assertion about life by an English novelist seems to be true in the present-day world, “Happiness is a short episode in a long drama of pain.”
Or is it because people have become robots? We should try to find out and prevent ourselves from turning into soulless robots. The causes are obvious.
