Checking phone constantly is an urge that is equally harmful and takes up most of our time

KARACHI: As we all know Internet now not only takes a significant part of our day that can be spent doing other important chores. No doubt it has brought the world at our fingertips and the happenings around the world too. However, on the downside of it, scientifically, it has proven to be a major cause for depression and anxiety among the younger generation.

Checking phone constantly is an urge that is equally harmful and takes up most of our time. Phone addiction is a global phenomenon and a grave problem, which needs to be addressed on prompt basis via increased awareness.
