My request to Prime Minister lmran Khan is to not let the province be deprived of the blessing of sui gas
BAL NIGWAR: Sui is the tehsil of Dera Bugti in whose field the natural gas sui was found in 1952 and till 1955 it was providing gas to several cities of Pakistan. But regrettably, except Quetta, many areas of Balochistan are deprived of this blessing. Especially the division of Makran is in a wretched condition as it lacks the provision of gas.
This division mostly consists of villages and small towns. Almost all of its locals work in the agriculture sector that does not provide them with a sufficient financial inflow. The district has a shortage of water and their lack of finances limits them to use electricity hence they are compelled to use wood for fire to be able to cook and ignite light during night time. But the hazardous gas coming from burnt wood damages their lungs.
My request to Prime Minister lmran Khan is to not let the province be deprived of the blessing of sui gas and take immediate action to provide it.
