PESHAWAR: After a poor rickshaw drive committed suicide by self-immolation in Karachi, the Sindh traffic police department has capped a rickshaw’s challan at Rs150 a day. It would be a good thing that corruption too is capped at different limits for officials of government departments and also for politicians. For the latter, it should be capped at Rs1,000 billion per politician in five years. If corruption cannot be eliminated, it should be capped at certain limits.
