PML-N has dented the composition in legislatures through by-elections
LAHORE: For whatever reasons, be it the absence of the top party leadership from the election campaigning or the confidence that the party enjoyed after its victory in July 25th polls, the PTI has suffered what it clearly was not expecting. Not with a great margin though, the PML-N has dented the composition in legislatures.
There are only two possible reasons for the results of the by-polls. It is either the rejection of the PTI’s policies or the popularity the PML-N still seems to enjoy in parts of Punjab. Now the PTI should have some stocktaking to realise where it is going wrong and mend the course before it’s too late.
