The price of freedom (II)

Letter June 02, 2011
The ISI has now denied that it is involved in any way in the killing of Saleem Shahzad.

LAHORE: The ISI has now denied that it is involved in any way in the killing of Saleem Shahzad. It has also said that “basless allegations” are being made by the media on this issue. This should be seen by journalists all over the country as a slap in the face because the intelligence agency is basically saying that the media is lying. One only has to take a look at the past record of our media and of our intelligence agencies to know who is actually speaking the truth in this case.
