KARACHI: Pakistan faces numerous problems that the new government is now left to deal with. The major problems include water crisis, poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, corruption, energy crisis, a failing economy and relations with neighbours and environmental problems. These are just a few major ones to name while other problems also plague the country.
In the wake of all these problems, what perhaps go against the newly elected PTI government are the high expectations of the people. Many have put all their hopes in Imran’s leadership and voted for him as the country’s new prime minister and thus expecting him to fix everything up to the satisfaction of all.
As a result, a minor miscalculated step often invites public criticism.
But the government is set on the right path and has a lot of time to make sincere efforts to rid the country of if not all but many problems. We can hope for the betterment of Pakistan and let the government take its time to deliver.
