PM is hand-in-hand with the Chief Justice of Pakistan for construction of dams in Pakistan
TURBAT: I really appreciate the prime minister for being hand-in-hand with the Chief Justice of Pakistan for construction of dams in Pakistan. As it is clearly known that all over the country people are suffering due to water shortage. It is being feared that in places like Gwadar, Karachi, Quetta, Turba, etc water for daily use might soon become unavailable. The poor are facing the brunt of water shortage as they cannot buy pricey water tankers and mineral water. They are left with no option but to drink brackish water or unsafe water which leads to various health issues.
It is the moral duty of all Pakistanis to support the cause and donate generously to the dam fund. These dams might take a few years to build. Thus we can ensure that we do not face water shortage. Living beings cannot survive without water. We hope that the public and the Pakistani diaspora donate generously for the noble cause, that is, ensuring availability of safe water for all. We have to realise the gravity of the situation with regard to the ever-increasing water shortage.
