Yes, there will be orders to investigate the attack and report back within 24-48 hours. These toothless investigation committees formed will concentrate on issues such as security lapses, location of these military installations close to civilian populations and so on. As usual, they will miss two important points: One, there must be sympathisers within the forces who are providing valuable information to these terrorists to manage this and a number of other coordinated attacks. Two, there are terrorist factories within Pakistan who are churning out mindless zombies, ready to kill anyone in the name of religion or sect. Recent WikiLeaks cables reveal information on how boys are recruited by jihadi outfits in south Punjab, for around $6,300, to be indoctrinated as suicide bombers. Someone must have been paying for this.
