TURBAT: Water is essential for mankind’s survival. Its scarcity has been a serious problem for many areas in Balochistan for long. Here I would like to mention the name of my own area, Absor Kolowai Bazaar, which is one of the least developed areas of Turbat city. This locality has been facing water shortage for long. Decreasing natural water resources, depleted reservoirs and a faulty distribution system are some of the reasons for the persisting water shortage. I urge the authorities concerned to take notice of the situation and do the needful at the earliest.
