Where do our madrassas get their funding from?
KARACHI: In addition to independent probes into the Abbottabad raid, we also need to investigate the following: Where do our madrassas get their funding from? Why is nothing done to stop many prayer-leaders from spewing hatred and venom against co-religionists? Why is nothing done to halt the spread of hate/sectarian literature, mostly by jihadi organisations, often right outside mosques? Who’s funding the television channels that are disseminating the most vile form of misogyny and religious bigotry?
