Kishenganga dam for long has been another area of dispute between India and Pakistan
RAWALPINDI: Kishenganga dam’s inauguration is yet another addition to Pakistan’s failures in settling disputes in international forums and yet another instance of the global mediatory body’s discriminatory treatment towards Pakistan.
Kishenganga dam for long has been another area of dispute between India and Pakistan. In spite of the Pakistani Foreign Office’s warning, India has continued the construction of the project and now in violation of the Indus Waters Treaty, it will inaugurate the project.
Why international organisations like the World Bank fail to make the parties abide by the terms of negotiations like those of the Indus Water Treaty?
