The unannounced load-shedding is badly affecting our daily lives
KARACHI: Ramazan is just around the corner and the heat is getting unbearable by the day. People are going crazy in this scorching heat amid unannounced power cuts. In various areas there is no electricity for up to six hours. A lot of students are preparing for their final exams and not every student can make most of the daylight.
The unannounced load-shedding is badly affecting our daily lives. The genuine issues of K-Electric are understandable but at least a fixed schedule of load-shedding can be provided to the residents of each area — not just Defence and Clifton — so that they can plan their routine accordingly. A lot of people have spoken about this issue but no actions have been taken so far. The authorities concerned should take necessary actions on a priority basis as soon as possible.
