It is unfortunate that while Pakistan has a huge youth bulge it is doing near to nothing to utilise it
RAWALPINDI: We often hear people say that the youth of a country is its future and Pakistan for the first time in its history has this very future in abundance. According to the UNDP’s National Human Development Report, “Pakistan currently has the largest percentage of young people ever recorded in its history”. This means that the numbers of hands available to make Pakistan great again are many. But are they being provided with an environment conducive to reaching their potential?
It is no secret that a considerable number of young adults in Pakistan want to leave the country for greener pastures. And there reason remains the lack of opportunities in the Land of Pure. It is unfortunate that while Pakistan has a huge youth bulge it is doing near to nothing to utilise it.
