KARACHI: I would like to draw the attention of the officials of City District Government Karachi (CDGK) to the hardship being faced by citizens in finding parking space at parks in Karachi.
The many parks are indeed a priceless gift of the government for the people, especially the Bin Qasim Park in Clifton and the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Park in Boat Basin. I am a frequent visitor to these parks and they are a boon for people who live in a city as polluted as Karachi. The parks themselves are spread over hundreds of acres and I am sure some space can be found to allot a parking area for visitors’ cars and motorcycles.
Will the authorities concerned please look into this and provide respite to the citizens of Karachi?
