The brigadier has written a well-articulated piece which should be read aloud in the halls of power, in the GHQ and elsewhere. Offence is the best form of defence and this was the mantra in PMA Kakul as well. Many precious lives have been sacrificed in the new ‘great game’ with nothing to show for it.
