Student discount on transport

KARACHI: I am a student of Karachi University and I, along with many others, have to face transportation problems on a daily basis. In the past, students would be given discounts on public transport but not anymore. In fact, what is worse is that fares keep rising frequently and this eats into the limited budgets of most students, since a majority come from low- or middle-income backgrounds.
