Pakistanis still fare far behind on the scale of governance
LAHORE: According to a recent UN survey titled ‘World Happiness Report’, Pakistan has been ranked 75th in the year 2018, five places ahead of its previous ranking. It stood at 80 in 2017. While the improvement in the ranking is welcome, the possible factor behind an increased level of ‘happiness’ among Pakistanis is because of the improvement in law and order in the country. This is also because factually Pakistanis still fare far behind on the scale of governance and standard of living when compared to other relatively developed nations.
