Let’s not forget that the military has lost over 6,000 men in the war on terror.
RIALTO, CA, US: To all those blaming the military establishment following the OBL raid in Abbottabad on May 1 by the Americans, I would ask, what is it to do? Is it supposed to cry or bang its head? Or should it try and ensure that nothing of this sort ever happens again? Clearly, the latter is what it seems to be doing.
Let’s not forget that the military has lost over 6,000 men in the war on terror, and this includes men of all ranks from three-star generals to jawans. Intelligence failures have occurred in other countries too, but the course to follow after that is to ensure that they are not repeated.
