Former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari criticised the PML-N government
LAHORE: Former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari criticised the PML-N government for its failure to fulfill one of its promises of ending the power crisis. However, the power crisis during the PPP’s own tenure in the federal government had been worse. Although the current government, much like the previous ones, has equally failed to resolve the issue, it does not make a case for bad governance unless successive governments had been able to deliver anything towards the matter. As Sindh province itself has problems of food shortage, infrastructure and power crisis, the statement by the party co-chairman only goes on to reflect his ignorance of governance issues in his own province.
