I am glad that I was born in a time where I could see the man he was.
KARACHI: We are witnessing the end of an era with the passing away of Moin Akhtar. I am glad that I was born in a time where I could see the man he was, from the black and white PTV days, to the modern-day plethora of channels, where his prominence never faded. I will not forget the way he was able to transform ordinary life situations into cutting-edge satire. He will be remembered by everyone who lived to see his work — the man, the writer, the comedian, the compere.
May he rest in peace.
