LAHORE: Whether we like it or not, the fact is that on the day of the sem-final, the team that played better won. And the team that dropped five or six catches and generally fielded poorly lost. No player can help us win a match if we drop four catches of a batsman of Tendulkar’s quality. From the way they batted, senior players like Younus Khan and Misbahul Haq seem to have developed a mindset for Test cricket and should perhaps be moved away from playing ODIs.
