This situation of impure food indicates towards health emergency
CHINIOT: The famous Latin phrase ‘Mens sana in Corpore sano’ — which means ‘’ A healthy mind in a healthy body’’ — shows us the importance of health. Unfortunately, in Pakistan the health sector is being overlooked. Some 44 per cent children suffer from lack of growth, 62 per cent children and 51 per cent pregnant women have deficiency of iron and folic acid. Impure diet leads to these deficiencies of essential nutrients in body. Dairy fat and milk play a vital role in healthy growth, but impure milk is being supplied in our country.
Tea whiteners are being prepared by vegetable whiteners instead of dairy fat. So, the use of chemicals in the diet have failed to develop a healthy mind in our children. This situation of impure food indicates towards health emergency. If the government do not take any step against this lethal diet, the future of Pakistan will be affected.
