Women’s education

Letter March 09, 2017
We must educate women and include them in every field

TURBAT: Education is one of the most pressing needs of our society. It is clear that women are approximately one half of our total world population. If women remain illiterate, then no nation can develop. Female education is must in our country at present. No doubt, without the help and whole hearted cooperation of women, the nation cannot progress. In order to increase participation by women in society and see our country progress faster, we need to educate our women. Women are no less than their male counterparts. They are capable of everything as the have the talents and abilities, but unfortunately, in our country, certain men dictate the value of women and discourage them from participating in society.

Women play an important role in the field of economics. To manage the family in a decent way, a man depends on his wife. A housewife performs her household affairs and thus helps the family economically. This is only one of the basic reasons why it is important for women to obtain some education. Without education, a woman cannot do anything properly for her children and will hardly be able to help them to lead a worthy life. We must educate women and include them in every field, such as nursing, management, science, and teaching so they will be able to earn their living independently.
