Like many others, I don’t know when our people in power will treat every issue from the perspective of the people.
ISLAMABAD: In this corruption-ridden society, officers with integrity are in hot water. On the contrary, officers with doubtful integrity are in all kinds of comfort. They progress by leaps and bounds in this land. Officers with integrity are reported fighting the good fight; many have finished the race and kept the faith but who cares in this land where people in power and authority are driven by fabrications and falsehoods.
Like many others, I don’t know when our people in power will treat every issue from the perspective of the people. Is this official or administrative justice and integrity that advertisements seeking applications for various jobs in federal organisations are published only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi-based newspapers and not in the national dailies and also not in their nationwide editions or placed on a particular website to keep the people of the rural and remote Pakistan aware? In particular, the people of Sindh and Balochistan are deliberately deprived of this constitutional right (Equality of Citizens Article 25).
Who will take notice of this irrational, unjust and discriminatory behaviour of officers with doubtful integrity to meet the ends of justice?
