On the other hand, the Muslim world has deep concerns over his policies
MIRPUR MATHELO: The trauma of September 11, 2001 disunited America and the Muslim world. In retaliation, former US President George Bush sent troops to Afghanistan on a flimsy argument to catch those responsible for the horrendous act, namely, Osama Bin Laden. Afghanistan suffered a lot under the perceptual brutality of America. Afterwards, Bush decided to land his soldiers on the land of Iraq against Saddam Hussain. Iraq was devastated and their ruler was hanged.
In 2009, outgoing US President Barrack Obama acquired the reins of America. In the Muslim world, there was a perspective that Obama would prove himself as a futuristic and pragmatic president and bring clear policies for vulnerable Afghanistan and Iraq. Unfortunately, he had nefarious designs: accelerated pace of the operation in Afghanistan using drone attacks and meddling in the Syrian conflict by supporting the rebels against the Bashar al-Assad’s regime. Consequently, 310,000 people were killed and half of the population became homeless.
Now, it is Donald Trump’s turn. On the first day of office, he tried to upsurge violence by shifting the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. He telephoned his Egyptian counterpart for support on the approval of this mission. Trump is trying to please certain Americans through a diabolical attitude. On the other hand, the Muslim world has deep concerns over his policies. Now, it is time for Muslims to unite against such tyrant rulers and assist the populace of Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, which are between the devil and the deep sea.
