Hunting of 100 Houbara bustards

Letter December 29, 2016
Let these birds remain the beauty of the universe

TURBAT: The federal government recently issued special permits to three princes from a Gulf country for hunting 100 Houbara bustards, which have remained the most precious birds in the world. Instead of using these birds to add to the beauty and diversity of our country, they are killed brutally. Therefore, the government should save the lives of these migratory birds instead of killing them and carry out protective efforts with greater intensity. Let these birds remain the beauty of the universe and help the nature and tourism of our country flourish.
