Strict rules must apply to those who choose to flout the rules
NOWSHERA: Jubilation firing at weddings is the perfect way to change your happy moments into sad ones, while shooting from an automatic weapon into the sky. The bullets have no target but have a high chance of landing on a person causing serious injury or death. There have been many cases in which the groom or his relatives have been killed mistakenly. This is a big problem in Pakistan. Wedding parties do this for fun and pleasure despite knowing the high risk of loss of life.
The government should ban this unruly behaviour and fireworks as well. It is possible for people to celebrate without weapons and dangerous actions. Strict rules must apply to those who choose to flout the rules.
