We wish many other projects will also be started in Karachi
KARACHI: Development in Karachi has begun and earlier this year, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Green Line Bus Rapid Transit system. This is a much-needed project for Karachi because its roads are completely damaged and there has been no development for years.
Along with Karachi’s roads, the government should focus on water access and sewerage lines to change the face of Karachi. While the bus project is welcome, it should be completed quickly as construction is creating hurdles in traffic across the city. We wish many other projects will also be started in Karachi to once again make it a shining metropolis.
