A political aspirant changing colour whenever it suits him personally cannot become a leader.
ISLAMABAD: Saleem Ali’s article of February 22 titled “The Imran Khan factor” is a good analysis of Imran Khan’s present political (non) state. A person embroiled in personal vendetta and bias cannot become a national leader. The electorate would want their leader to have integrity and to follow a philosophy in politics, whether it is right or wrong. A political aspirant changing colour whenever it suits him personally cannot become a leader.
The writer’s presumption that Mr Khan can still reinvent himself and win the hearts of the masses is wishful thinking.
