I fail to see how the writer can support the US stance that Mr Davis (if that is in fact his real name) is a diplomat.
LAHORE: This is with reference to Ayesha Ijaz Khan’s article of February 21 titled “Raymond Davis and misdirected energy”. Were the writer to read websites like Democracy Now or Counterpunch, she would have noted that the western media has, in fact, exposed the dubious background of Raymond Davis. In fact, it was in these outlets that it came to light that the company he was working for was a dummy entity used as a front.
Apart from this, I fail to see how the writer can support the US stance that Mr Davis (if that is in fact his real name) is a diplomat.
