This is a bit hard to believe given that the MD reports to the chairman.
PESHAWAR: The PIA chairman, who also happens to be the defence minister, has said that he was not aware of the Record of Discussions signed between PIA and Turkish Airlines by the former managing director. This is a bit hard to believe given that the MD reports to the chairman. And even if the chairman is also the defence minister, he surely would, or should, have known of such an important agreement made with a foreign airline.
