KARACHI: I have one simple request for Wapda and KESC but the problem is that they are not likely to listen to it — unless, of course, there is some intervention from the highest level. It has to do with the cricket world up which is just around the corner. It would be excellent if during the hours of playtime there was no loadshedding.
The schedule could be staggered during hours when the matches are not being played and this is something that the utility providers could easily decide for themselves. If this is done, it will be a boon for this cricket-mad nation.
