Political commitment will be the key when it comes to growth and betterment of the people
LAHORE: Punjab is making the fastest progress among all the provinces of Pakistan. All previously held views regarding the priorities of the provincial government have been laid to rest by the revolutionary measures it has taken in every sector. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has visited China and signed 25 MoUs and brought home 20 agreements on different ventures, including in the health sector. More recently the chief minister visited Turkey and met the Turkish health minister and it was agreed that healthcare in Punjab would be improved with Turkey’s cooperation.
These steps will hopefully ensure speedy improvement in Punjab, especially when it comes to healthcare facilities. However, political commitment will be the key when it comes to growth and betterment of the people.
