The authorities concerned should provide top medical care to the injured in hospitals
TURBAT: It is disheartening that suicide attacks continue to be carried out on all sorts of targets on a frequent basis. The recent attack on Mardan’s district court killed at least 14 people and caused injuries to 52. The Jamaatur Ahrar took responsibility and the usual speeches and condemnations followed. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif stated that the September 2 suicide attack cannot affect our resolve to vanquish terrorism. Army Chief General Raheel Sharif visited the Mardan Medical Complex to inquire about the casualties and the injured victims.
The authorities concerned should provide top medical care to the injured in hospitals. We must stand together to fight against terrorism so as to convey a strong message to the terrorists.
