Ejaz Haider seems to have made a mistake in using the word ‘proposition’ where he meant ‘preposition’.
KARACHI: This is with reference to Ejaz Haider’s article titled “Language as it is unspoke” of February 7. The writer seems to have made a mistake in using the word ‘proposition’ where he meant ‘preposition’. This slip of Mr Haider’s pen is unpardonable because the writer tends to assume the aura of being a stickler for accuracy. He should not think that with the Kaleem Omars and Khalid Hasans gone, no one would sit up and take note of a word misspelt. Mein hoon na!
