KARACHI: This is with reference to the ongoing PIA strike. Honestly, both the airline and its staff and employees should receive no sympathy from the public. This once-profitable corporation has become one of the most financially unsound airlines in the world. As for its customer service, the less said the better. I think the only way out of the mess is for the government to privatise the airline.
