LAHORE: Apropos of the letter from Asim Ali (January 31) commenting on my column of January 28, I have to clarify that I said nothing on how the project should be funded. I was simply saying that the success of the nuclear project required an unconstrained budget. This is not likely in the case of Reko Diq.
