What would have happened if a Pakistani undercover diplomat had shot two white Americans on the streets of New York?

KARACHI: How can the American government expect the Pakistani government to release a man who killed two Pakistanis in full public view on a busy street in one of the country’s largest cities? Won’t most Pakistanis see the demand by the US embassy as nothing more than an attempt to subvert the flow of justice in this case? What would have happened if a Pakistani undercover diplomat had shot two white Americans on the streets of New York?
