If the PTI cannot manage one gathering properly, then how can we expect it to run the country smoothly?
FAISALABAD: Holding public and corner meetings, organising rallies and protests have all been part of the political process in Pakistan, which every citizen can participate in without discrimination. All political forces, even religious parties, have women’s wings and manage such gatherings quite smoothly.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is the only political party in the country that introduced a new culture of politics, particularly motivating the youth with beautiful slogans and dreams of a new Pakistan. Colourful crowds were seen dancing and singing party songs at its rallies. Famous singers also perform at their gatherings with great zeal.
However, in recent times a lot of mismanagment can be seen at the PTI rallies. Women supporters of the party have been harassed at its recent public gatherings. If the PTI cannot manage one gathering properly, then how can we expect it to run the country smoothly? I request PTI Chairman Imran Khan to take corrective measures and ensure that women can participate in the party’s rallies safely.
